EVENT DETAILS

Dates: November 28–30, 2025

Games kick off at 9 AM on Friday, November 28 and conclude with championship matches on Sunday, November 30.

All games will end by 3 PM on Sunday to allow for smooth travel.

Tournament Format:

Teams are guaranteed a minimum of three games, with a championship round.

Age-specific formats range from 4v4 for U7/U8 to 11v11 for U13–U19.

Referee fees are included in your registration.

Guest Players Allowed:

U9–U12: Up to 4 guest players

U13–U19: Up to 6 guest players

Stay and Play Policy:
All traveling teams are required to stay at tournament-approved hotels, ensuring a hassle-free lodging experience.

Entry Fees:

U7–U8: $150

U9–U10: $545 (Early) | $745 (Final)

U11–U12: $945 (Early) | $1145 (Final)

U13–U14: $1145 (Early) | $1345 (Final)

U15–U19: $1245 (Early) | $1445 (Final)

Payment Options:

Check payments must include your team’s GotSoccer application.

Credit card payments can be made upon submitting your application through GotSport.

Refund Policy:

Teams not accepted will receive a refund.

Accepted teams that withdraw will not receive a refund.

If the event is canceled due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, entry fees will be credited toward future 2025 events.
